1. Scope and Who We Are

Risk Analytics AI, LLC (“Risk Analytics AI,” “RAAI,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates raaihq.com and the pages and services that link to this Privacy Policy (collectively, the “Site”). This Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information collected through the Site, ordinary business communications, course or event registration, and related interactions.

This Privacy Policy does not govern information processed under a separate client agreement, statement of work, data-processing agreement, employment or applicant process, or other contract that contains different privacy terms. It also does not apply to third-party websites or services that we do not control.

For purposes of applicable data-protection law, Risk Analytics AI, LLC is the controller or business responsible for the personal information described in this Privacy Policy, except where another party is identified as responsible.

2. Personal Information We Collect

2.1 Information You Provide

• Contact and identity information. Your name, business email address, telephone number, organization, job title, and similar identifiers.
• Communications. Messages, attachments, requests, feedback, and other information you choose to provide when you contact us.
• Training and event information. Registration details, course selection, attendance information, accessibility requests, assessment or completion information, and related correspondence, where applicable.
• Transaction information. Billing contact details, purchase history, and transaction records. Payment-card information is handled by the applicable payment processor; we do not intentionally store full payment-card numbers on the Site.
• Marketing preferences. Your subscription choices and records of consent, opt-out, or other communication preferences.
• Business relationship information. Information relevant to evaluating or administering a potential or existing business relationship, including the nature of an inquiry and the services of interest.

2.2 Information Collected Automatically

When you use the Site, we and our hosting, security, and analytics providers may automatically receive technical and usage information, such as your Internet Protocol address, approximate location derived from IP address, browser and device type, operating system, referring page, pages or assets requested, date and time of access, security events, and cookie or similar identifiers. This information is used to deliver, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the Site and user experiences.

2.3 Sensitive Information and Secure Transfer

Do not submit sensitive, regulated, or security-critical information through the public Site or ordinary email. This includes employee medical or exposure information, protected health information, personally identifiable incident records, student records, government identifiers, passwords, trade secrets, proprietary process data, facility-security information, export-controlled technical data, classified information, or large project files. If a potential engagement requires such information, contact us first so that an approved secure transfer method and appropriate contractual terms can be established.

3. How We Use Personal Information

• Operate, maintain, secure, and troubleshoot the Site and related systems.
• Respond to inquiries, evaluate project requests, schedule discussions, and communicate about potential or existing engagements.
• Administer courses, events, registrations, attendance, assessments, certificates of completion, and participant support, where applicable.
• Process transactions, maintain accounting records, issue refunds or credits, and prevent fraud.
• Send service-related notices and, where permitted, marketing communications that you can unsubscribe from at any time.
• Analyze Site performance and aggregate usage, improve content and services, and conduct internal quality assurance.
• Protect our rights, systems, users, and business; investigate suspected misuse or security incidents; and enforce applicable terms.
• Comply with legal, regulatory, tax, accounting, recordkeeping, and reporting obligations and respond to lawful requests.

We do not use personal information collected through the Site to make solely automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects about individuals.

4. Legal Bases for Processing

Where the laws of the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, Switzerland, or another jurisdiction require a legal basis, we process personal information as applicable: to take steps at your request before entering into a contract or to perform a contract; to comply with legal obligations; with your consent; or for legitimate interests such as operating and securing the Site, responding to business inquiries, improving services, preventing fraud, and communicating about relevant offerings, provided those interests are not overridden by your rights and interests. You may withdraw consent at any time where consent is the applicable basis, without affecting earlier lawful processing.

5. Cookies and Similar Technologies

The Site and its service providers may use cookies, local storage, pixels, server logs, and similar technologies. Depending on the features in use, these technologies may include:

• Essential and security technologies. Needed to deliver the Site, route traffic, prevent abuse, maintain availability, and remember basic settings.
• Functional technologies. Used to provide optional features or remember choices.
• Analytics technologies. Used to understand aggregate usage, performance, and navigation patterns so we can improve the Site.
• Third-party technologies. Used by embedded, registration, payment, video, learning, or other services, if those features are enabled. Those providers may process information under their own privacy notices.

Where applicable law requires consent for non-essential technologies, we will request consent before using them. You can also manage cookies through your browser settings. Blocking some technologies may affect Site functionality. We do not currently use personal information collected through the Site for cross-context behavioral advertising.

6. How We Disclose Personal Information

• Service providers. To vendors that support hosting, cybersecurity, email, communications, analytics, registration, payment processing, learning delivery, document storage, accounting, and other business operations, subject to appropriate contractual or legal obligations.
• Professional advisers. To lawyers, accountants, insurers, auditors, and other advisers where reasonably necessary.
• Legal and safety purposes. To comply with law, court order, subpoena, or lawful government request; protect rights, safety, or property; investigate fraud or security issues; or establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
• Business transactions. In connection with a proposed or completed merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, sale of assets, or similar transaction, subject to appropriate protections.
• At your direction or with consent. When you ask us to share information or otherwise consent to the disclosure.
• Aggregated or de-identified information. In a form that is not reasonably capable of identifying an individual, subject to applicable law.

7. No Sale or Targeted-Advertising Sharing

We do not sell personal information for monetary consideration. We also do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising or process it for targeted advertising, as those terms are defined under applicable U.S. state privacy laws. If our practices materially change, we will update this Privacy Policy and provide any legally required notice and choice mechanisms.

8. Data Retention

We retain personal information for only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including to maintain business and training records, complete transactions, honor communication preferences, comply with legal and accounting obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and protect against fraud or misuse. Retention periods vary based on the type of information, the nature of the relationship, applicable limitation periods, and legal requirements. We may retain de-identified or aggregated information for longer where permitted by law.

9. Information Security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If we determine that a security incident requires notice under applicable law, we will provide the legally required notifications.

10. International Processing and Transfers

RAAI is based in the United States. Personal information may therefore be processed in the United States and other countries where our service providers operate, which may have different data-protection laws than your location. Where required, we use a lawful transfer mechanism or other legally recognized basis and apply appropriate safeguards.

11. Your Privacy Rights and Choices

Depending on your location and subject to applicable exceptions, you may have the right to request access to personal information; obtain a copy; correct inaccuracies; request deletion; restrict or object to processing; request portability; withdraw consent; opt out of sale, targeted advertising, or certain profiling; and receive equal service and pricing without unlawful discrimination for exercising a privacy right.

To submit a request, email privacy@raaihq.com and describe the right you wish to exercise. We may ask for information reasonably necessary to verify your identity and authority. An authorized agent may submit a request where permitted by law, but we may require proof of authorization and identity verification. If applicable law gives you a right to appeal a denied request, you may appeal by replying to our decision and stating that you are requesting an appeal.

Residents of the European Economic Area or United Kingdom may also have the right to lodge a complaint with their local data-protection supervisory authority. We encourage you to contact us first so we can try to address your concern.

12. Marketing Communications

You may unsubscribe from marketing emails by using the unsubscribe method in the message or by contacting us. We may still send non-promotional communications, such as registration confirmations, service notices, security notices, and responses to your requests. Marketing communications will be managed in accordance with applicable law.

13. Children’s Privacy

The Site and RAAI’s general business services are intended for professionals and organizations and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information online from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact privacy@raaihq.com so we can review and, where appropriate, delete it. Any program specifically offered to minors would be subject to separate notices, consents, and safeguards as required by law.

14. Third-Party Sites and Services

The Site may link to or integrate with third-party websites and services. Their privacy and security practices are governed by their own notices and terms. We are not responsible for third-party practices, and we encourage you to review their policies before providing information.

15. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in law, technology, services, or data practices. We will post the revised version with a new effective date and provide additional notice where legally required. Your continued use of the Site after the revised effective date is subject to the updated policy.

Terms of Use

Rules governing access to and use of raaihq.com and related public-facing content. Effective date: July 19, 2026.

1. Acceptance of These Terms

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and Risk Analytics AI, LLC (“RAAI,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) governing your access to and use of raaihq.com and any public pages, content, features, or materials that link to these Terms (collectively, the “Site”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

2. Eligibility and Authority

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority where you live, to make a purchase, register for a paid program, or enter into a contract through the Site. If you use the Site on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

3. Site Information Does Not Create a Professional Engagement

The Site provides general information about RAAI, its personnel, services, methods, courses, and areas of interest. Site access, an inquiry, a preliminary discussion, or receipt of general information does not create a consultant-client, engineer-client, attorney-client, physician-patient, fiduciary, employment, agency, partnership, or other professional relationship. A service engagement exists only when RAAI and the client execute an applicable written agreement or RAAI otherwise confirms the engagement in writing.

4. Separate Agreements and Service-Specific Terms

Paid services, custom projects, private training, project data, deliverables, intellectual-property rights, confidentiality, acceptance criteria, warranties, fees, and liability may be governed by separate written terms. Registration pages may also include course-specific prerequisites, schedules, participation rules, and refund terms. Those service-specific terms are incorporated by reference and control in the event of a conflict concerning that service.

5. Purchases, Registration, and Payment

• You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate registration and billing information.
• Prices, course dates, availability, delivery format, and included materials are subject to confirmation at the time of purchase or registration.
• You authorize the applicable payment processor to charge the payment method you provide for the stated amount, taxes, and disclosed fees.
• RAAI may decline or cancel an order or registration for suspected fraud, pricing or technical error, capacity limits, sanctions or export-control concerns, or other legitimate business reasons. If RAAI cancels after payment and no alternative is accepted, the applicable amount will be refunded.
• Refunds and cancellations are governed by the Refund & Cancellation Policy and any more specific written terms presented at purchase.

6. Training, Certificates, and Professional Development

Unless expressly stated in the applicable program materials, RAAI courses and learning materials are professional education offerings and do not award an academic degree, university credit, professional license, board certification, or government-recognized credential. An RAAI certificate generally documents participation or successful completion of the stated program requirements; it is not a guarantee of competence, employment, promotion, regulatory compliance, or eligibility for third-party continuing-education credit.

Any claim that a program is approved, accredited, eligible for continuing-education credit, or recognized by a third party will apply only where expressly stated in writing for that specific program. Participants remain responsible for confirming whether a course satisfies the requirements of their employer, licensing authority, credentialing body, or jurisdiction.

7. Acceptable Use

You may use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

• Interfere with, disrupt, overload, probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Site or its infrastructure without authorization.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, data, source code, or nonpublic areas.
• Transmit malware, harmful code, unsolicited bulk communications, or material that is unlawful, deceptive, infringing, defamatory, abusive, or otherwise harmful.
• Impersonate another person or organization, misrepresent an affiliation, or submit false or misleading information.
• Circumvent access controls, rate limits, security features, or technical restrictions.
• Use automated means to scrape, harvest, mirror, copy, or systematically extract Site content or personal information without written permission.
• Use Site content, course materials, or downloadable resources to train, fine-tune, evaluate, or populate an artificial-intelligence or machine-learning system without our prior written permission, except to the extent such restriction is prohibited by law.
• Use the Site or transmit information through it in violation of export-control, sanctions, privacy, intellectual-property, or other applicable laws.

8. Do Not Submit Sensitive or Controlled Information

Do not send confidential incident records, employee medical or exposure information, personally identifiable safety data, facility-security information, proprietary process data, export-controlled technical data, passwords, classified information, or large project files through the public Site or ordinary email. Contact us to establish an approved secure transfer method and appropriate written terms before transmitting sensitive information.

9. Intellectual Property and Limited License

The Site and its content—including text, graphics, logos, brand elements, course descriptions, methods, templates, software, code, audiovisual material, downloadable resources, and the arrangement and presentation of those materials—are owned by RAAI or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property and unfair-competition laws.

Subject to these Terms, RAAI grants you a limited, revocable, nonexclusive, nontransferable license to access and use publicly available Site content for your personal or internal business evaluation. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, sublicense, publish, create derivative works from, publicly display, remove notices from, or commercially exploit Site content without prior written permission, except as permitted by law or by a separate written license.

“Risk Analytics AI,” “RAAI,” associated logos, and related branding are marks of Risk Analytics AI, LLC. Third-party names, marks, certifications, post-nominal designations, and logos are the property of their respective owners and are used only for identification unless otherwise stated.

10. User Communications, Materials, and Feedback

You retain ownership of materials you submit. You grant RAAI a limited right to use, copy, transmit, and process submitted materials as reasonably necessary to respond to your request, administer a registration, provide an agreed service, protect the Site, and comply with law. Do not submit materials unless you have the right to do so.

Unless protected by a signed confidentiality agreement, unsolicited ideas or feedback may be used by RAAI without restriction or compensation, provided we do not publicly identify you without permission. This provision does not override confidentiality obligations in a separate written agreement.

11. Third-Party Links and Services

The Site may contain links to or integrations with third-party websites, payment processors, learning platforms, videoconferencing tools, social networks, publications, or other services. RAAI does not control and is not responsible for third-party content, availability, security, privacy, products, or practices. A link does not imply endorsement. Your use of a third-party service is governed by that provider’s terms and policies.

12. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information. By using the Site, you acknowledge that information may be processed as described there. If a client engagement requires RAAI to process project, employee, or other regulated data, separate privacy, security, and data-processing terms may apply.

13. Disclaimers of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Site and all publicly available content are provided “as is” and “as available.” RAAI disclaims all express, implied, and statutory warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, completeness, security, availability, and results. RAAI does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, free of harmful components, or suitable for a particular operational, safety, engineering, regulatory, or business decision.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions. In those jurisdictions, the exclusions apply only to the extent permitted by law.

14. Safety, Engineering, Regulatory, and AI Limitations

Site content and examples are general educational and informational materials, not site-specific professional advice. AI-enabled or analytical outputs may be incomplete, probabilistic, biased, outdated, or incorrect and may depend materially on data quality, assumptions, model limitations, and operating context. You are responsible for independent verification and qualified human review before using any information in a safety-critical, risk-critical, engineering, legal, medical, personnel, financial, compliance, or other consequential decision. Additional limitations are stated in the Disclaimer.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RAAI and its members, managers, employees, contractors, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages; loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity; or cost of substitute services arising out of or related to the Site or these Terms, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

For claims arising solely from use of the public Site, RAAI’s aggregate liability will not exceed the greater of one hundred U.S. dollars (US $100) or the amount you paid directly to RAAI for the specific Site-based purchase giving rise to the claim during the twelve months before the event. Liability relating to paid professional services is governed by the applicable written agreement. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or other matters where limitation is prohibited by law.

16. Indemnification by Business Users

To the extent permitted by law, if you use the Site on behalf of a business or other organization, that organization will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless RAAI and its personnel from third-party claims, liabilities, damages, and reasonable costs arising from the organization’s unlawful misuse of the Site, violation of these Terms, or infringement of another party’s rights. This section does not apply to the extent prohibited by mandatory consumer law.

17. Suspension and Termination

RAAI may suspend or terminate access to the Site, block abusive traffic, cancel a registration, or take other reasonable protective action if we believe you have violated these Terms, created a security or legal risk, or misused the Site. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination—including intellectual-property, disclaimer, liability, indemnity, and dispute provisions—will survive.

18. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except that mandatory consumer-protection rights in your place of residence continue to apply where they cannot lawfully be waived. Subject to those mandatory rights, disputes relating to the public Site or these Terms will be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction located in Arizona, and each party consents to personal jurisdiction there.

19. Changes to the Site or These Terms

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site and may update these Terms. The revised Terms will be posted with a new effective date. Material changes may receive additional notice where required. Your continued use of the Site after the revised effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms to the extent permitted by law.

20. General Provisions

If any provision is held unenforceable, it will be modified to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions will remain in effect. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without our consent; RAAI may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, reorganization, sale, or transfer of the relevant business. These Terms, together with incorporated policies and any applicable service-specific terms, are the entire agreement concerning use of the public Site.

Important limitations concerning safety, engineering, AI, training, credentials, and institutional affiliations. Effective date: July 19, 2026.

1. Informational and Educational Purposes

Risk Analytics AI, LLC provides information about safety science, occupational safety and health, risk analysis, system safety, analytics, artificial intelligence, governance, training, and related topics. Unless a separate written engagement states otherwise, Site content is provided solely for general informational and educational purposes. It is not individualized advice and should not be relied on as the sole basis for any consequential decision.

2. Safety, Risk, and Operational Decisions

The Site does not provide a site-specific hazard assessment, risk assessment, safety case, engineering analysis, exposure assessment, incident investigation, emergency plan, management-system audit, regulatory determination, or control-verification service. Hazards, controls, regulations, operating environments, and organizational capabilities vary materially. Organizations and responsible individuals remain accountable for identifying hazards, complying with law, selecting and implementing controls, validating effectiveness, training personnel, and monitoring performance.

Do not delay emergency action, regulatory reporting, medical care, engineering review, or consultation with a qualified professional because of information on the Site. In an emergency, contact the appropriate emergency service, regulator, site authority, or licensed professional.

3. Regulated Professional Services

The Site does not itself provide legal, medical, clinical, or other regulated professional services. Any service that applicable law requires to be performed, supervised, stamped, sealed, or placed under the responsible charge of a licensed professional will be offered only to the extent authorized by law, by or under the responsibility of an appropriately licensed professional, and under a separate written agreement. No statement on the Site should be interpreted as an offer to provide a regulated service in a jurisdiction where RAAI or the responsible professional is not authorized to do so.

4. AI and Decision-Support Limitations

Artificial-intelligence systems, statistical models, dashboards, algorithms, and analytical methods can generate plausible but inaccurate results. Outputs may contain errors, omissions, false positives, false negatives, bias, drift, outdated information, or unsupported inferences. Performance may change across populations, facilities, tasks, time periods, and operating conditions.

Users must independently verify material facts, assumptions, sources, calculations, and recommendations; assess data quality and representativeness; evaluate uncertainty and foreseeable misuse; maintain appropriate human oversight; and obtain qualified domain review before using an output in a safety-critical, risk-critical, compliance, employment, medical, legal, financial, or other consequential context. RAAI does not guarantee that any AI-enabled output is accurate, complete, unbiased, explainable, secure, compliant, or fit for a particular purpose.

5. Data and Model Assumptions

Analytics and risk conclusions are only as reliable as the information, definitions, assumptions, and methods on which they depend. Missing, delayed, inconsistent, selectively reported, or poor-quality data can produce misleading results. Correlation does not necessarily establish causation, and predictive performance does not establish that a proposed intervention will be effective. Any operational use requires context-specific validation and monitoring.

6. No Guarantee of Compliance or Outcomes

RAAI does not guarantee regulatory compliance, certification, audit results, incident reduction, financial performance, insurance outcomes, employment outcomes, or any other result based on use of the Site, training, tools, or general recommendations. Laws, standards, guidance, and accepted practices change over time and differ by jurisdiction. Users are responsible for confirming current requirements with qualified advisers and relevant authorities.

7. Training, Certificates, and Continuing Education

Unless expressly stated in the applicable course materials, RAAI training does not confer a degree, academic credit, professional license, board certification, or government-recognized credential. An RAAI-issued certificate ordinarily confirms participation or completion of specified requirements and does not by itself establish professional competence or authorization to practice. Third-party continuing-education or certification recognition applies only where expressly documented for that specific program.

8. Independent Organization and Institutional Non-Affiliation

Risk Analytics AI, LLC is independently owned and operated. References to Dr. Sam Zarei’s employment as an Associate Professor of Safety Science at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University (“ERAU”), and references to any university, laboratory, employer, professional society, credentialing body, publisher, research institution, or other organization, are included solely for factual biographical identification.

Such references do not imply affiliation, sponsorship, endorsement, partnership, authorization, agency, supervision, funding, responsibility, or approval of RAAI, its services, its courses, or its statements. RAAI does not act on behalf of ERAU or any other institution identified on the Site. RAAI activities and statements are undertaken in an independent professional capacity. No use of institutional personnel, students, facilities, systems, funding, confidential information, intellectual property, branding, or other resources should be inferred from a biographical reference.

The use of professional credentials, post-nominal designations, organizational titles, and third-party names or marks identifies individual qualifications or affiliations only. It does not mean that the relevant credentialing body, employer, university, or professional organization accredits, sponsors, approves, or endorses RAAI or any RAAI program unless expressly stated in writing by that organization.

9. Research, Publications, and Views

References to publications, research, editorial roles, rankings, awards, or academic work are provided for biographical context. Unless expressly stated otherwise, views expressed through RAAI are those of the individual speaker or author in an independent capacity and do not necessarily represent the views or policies of any employer, university, journal, professional society, sponsor, or other organization.

Links, citations, tools, examples, standards, or third-party resources are provided for convenience and do not constitute endorsement. RAAI does not control third-party content and does not warrant its accuracy, availability, security, or continued suitability.

11. Testimonials, Examples, and Results

Testimonials, case examples, demonstrations, and illustrative scenarios may not represent typical results. Outcomes depend on data quality, implementation, personnel, organizational context, legal requirements, and many other factors. No example or statement should be interpreted as a promise or guarantee.

12. Separate Written Agreements

A signed client agreement, statement of work, registration agreement, or other written contract may contain service-specific responsibilities, assumptions, limitations, warranties, and risk allocations. If such an agreement conflicts with this public Disclaimer for the contracted service, the signed agreement controls.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Terms for public course registrations and other purchases made directly from Risk Analytics AI, LLC. Effective date: July 19, 2026.

1. Scheduled Open-Enrollment Courses

For an individual registration in a scheduled instructor-led course, workshop, or public cohort, you may cancel for a full refund if RAAI receives the cancellation request at least seven calendar days before the first scheduled session. The cancellation date is the date RAAI receives the written request at contact@raaihq.com.

Cancellations received fewer than seven calendar days before the first scheduled session are not eligible for a cash refund. Before the course begins, the registrant may request either an eligible attendee substitution or a one-time credit toward a comparable future RAAI course, subject to availability and any course-specific restrictions. Credits are not transferable for cash and ordinarily expire twelve months after issuance unless RAAI states otherwise in writing.

2. Attendee Substitutions

A registrant or purchasing organization may substitute another eligible attendee at no charge before the course begins. The request must include the replacement attendee’s name, email address, organization, and any information needed to confirm prerequisites. RAAI may decline a substitution if the replacement does not satisfy stated eligibility, security, export-control, capacity, or program requirements.

3. No-Shows and Partial Attendance

A registrant who does not attend and has not cancelled in accordance with this Policy is not eligible for a refund or credit. Leaving early, missing sessions, failing to complete assignments, or not meeting assessment requirements does not create a refund right unless required by law or expressly stated in the program terms.

4. Digital, Self-Paced, or Downloadable Products

If RAAI offers a self-paced course, digital product, recording, template, or downloadable material, the purchase terms displayed at checkout will control. Unless those terms state otherwise, a full refund may be requested before access credentials are issued, streaming begins, or a download is made. After access or download, the purchase is nonrefundable except where the content is materially defective, unavailable, misdescribed, or a refund is required by applicable law.

5. Private, Group, and Organizational Training

Private training, custom workshops, consulting engagements, and organizational programs may involve reserved dates, preparation, customization, travel, and committed resources. Cancellation, rescheduling, deposits, and payment terms for those engagements are governed by the applicable proposal, order form, statement of work, or services agreement. If no separate written terms exist, RAAI will provide reasonable terms in writing before accepting payment.

6. Rescheduling or Cancellation by RAAI

RAAI may reschedule or cancel a course because of instructor unavailability, insufficient enrollment, technology failure, severe weather, public-health concerns, force majeure, security concerns, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control. If RAAI cancels a course and does not provide an acceptable replacement date, the registrant may choose a full refund of the amount paid to RAAI for that course or a transfer to another available course.

Except where required by law or expressly agreed in writing, RAAI is not responsible for airfare, lodging, lost work time, visa costs, or other third-party expenses. Participants should use refundable or flexible travel arrangements.

7. Refund Method and Timing

Approved refunds will ordinarily be initiated to the original payment method within ten business days after approval. Financial institutions and payment processors may require additional time to post the credit. RAAI is not responsible for processor or bank delays. A refund does not include currency-conversion differences, bank charges, or third-party fees that RAAI did not receive, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

8. Promotions, Bundles, and Discounts

Refunds for discounted, bundled, or promotional purchases are calculated based on the amount actually paid and the portion of the bundle retained or used. A promotion may include additional restrictions if those restrictions are clearly disclosed before purchase and permitted by law.

9. Statutory Rights

Nothing in this Policy limits a nonwaivable right or remedy under applicable consumer-protection law. Where mandatory law provides more favorable cancellation or refund rights, that law controls.

10. How to Request a Cancellation, Transfer, or Refund

Email contact@raaihq.com with the purchaser’s name, participant’s name, course or product title, scheduled date, order or invoice number if available, and the requested resolution. Do not send full payment-card numbers by email. We may request additional information reasonably necessary to locate and verify the transaction.

1. Accessibility Goal

We aim to design, develop, and maintain the Site in a manner that supports access by people with diverse abilities, assistive technologies, browsers, and devices. As a technical reference for our ongoing work, we use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (“WCAG”) 2.2, Level AA, where reasonably applicable. This statement describes our goal and process; it is not a representation that every page or third-party component fully conforms at all times.

2. Measures We Seek to Apply

• Clear page structure, headings, labels, and navigation.
• Keyboard access to core functions and visible focus indicators.
• Readable text, sufficient color contrast, and content that can be resized or reflowed where feasible.
• Text alternatives for meaningful images and captions or transcripts for important time-based media where appropriate.
• Form instructions, error identification, and accessible names for controls.
• Testing with automated tools, keyboard-only navigation, and selected assistive technologies as the Site evolves.
• Accessibility expectations for vendors and third-party platforms where we can influence implementation.

3. Known Limitations and Third-Party Content

Some third-party content, embedded services, documents, legacy materials, or newly released features may not yet provide the same level of accessibility as the core Site. Third-party services are controlled by their providers, but we welcome reports of barriers and will seek a reasonable alternative or work with the provider where practical.

If you cannot access information, register for a program, complete a form, or use a feature because of a disability-related barrier, contact us. We will make reasonable efforts to provide the information or service through an accessible alternative and to address the underlying issue where feasible. You do not need to disclose a diagnosis; please provide only the information needed for us to understand the barrier and your preferred method of access.

• The web address or title of the page, document, course, or feature involved.
• A brief description of the barrier and the action you were trying to complete.
• The browser, device, and assistive technology used, if relevant and comfortable to share.
• Your preferred accessible format or method of communication.
• A way to contact you so we can follow up.

We will make reasonable efforts to acknowledge accessibility feedback promptly, investigate the issue, and communicate available next steps. Response and remediation time may depend on the complexity of the issue and any third-party involvement.

6. Ongoing Improvement

We review accessibility as content, technology, and services change. We may update this Statement to reflect progress, identified limitations, or changes in standards and legal requirements. Feedback from users with disabilities is an important part of this process.
